Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of TBEagent, a software service operated by InstruNexus. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your company.
The service
TBEagent helps engineering teams evaluate vendor offers: technical and commercial bid evaluation sheets, technical and commercial queries, deviations, inter-discipline checks, approved vendor lists, procurement status and reports, with optional AI assistance. Features available to you depend on your plan and add-ons.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep sign-in details confidential. Your company administrator manages users and their roles.
- You are responsible for activity under your company's accounts.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents and data you upload and create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you are entitled to upload them.
AI output and engineering responsibility
AI-generated content (extracted values, queries, comparisons, reports) is an aid to your engineers. It cites its sources so it can be checked, but it may contain errors. Engineering decisions, approvals and anything issued to vendors or clients remain the responsibility of your qualified personnel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security, overload the service, access another company's data, or resell access without our written agreement.
Plans, payment and AI credits
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown before payment and exclude applicable taxes.
- AI credits included in a plan are for that month; top-up credits do not expire while the subscription is active. When credits are used up, AI activities pause until the next month or a top-up; Manual mode keeps working.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced where possible. We may improve or change features; we will not reduce the core features of a paid period without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or contracts.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are unpaid. After termination your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
