TBEagent supports technical and commercial bid evaluation. It does not replace engineering judgement. Every evaluation, verdict, query, deviation response, recommendation and report produced with it must be checked and approved by a qualified engineer of your company before it is relied on, issued to a vendor or client, or used for a purchase decision.

AI-generated content

Content written by AI (extracted values, comparisons, queries, responses, summaries and recommendations) is shown in violet until an engineer has reviewed it. It is produced from the documents you supplied and may be incomplete, misread a document or contain errors. It is not a statement of fact, a design, a certification or professional advice.

No warranty

The service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, InstruNexus is not liable for any loss, damage, delay or decision arising from the use of, or reliance on, the service or its output. See the liability clause of the Terms of Service.

Third-party documents and data

Vendor offers, project specifications, standards and other documents remain the property of their owners. You confirm that you may upload and process them. Do not upload documents you are not entitled to use.

Confidentiality of reports

Reports and exports you generate carry the disclaimer set by your company (Company Profile → Report disclaimer) or the standard copyright note, and are for the people you issue them to.
