Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription
- Your company administrator can cancel at any time under Administration → Subscription & Billing → Cancel Plan, or by writing to contact@tbeagent-ai.com.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically: each period is paid separately, so nothing further is charged after cancellation.
- After cancelling, your users keep access until the end of the period already paid. Fees for the current period are not refunded except as set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
Add-ons, disciplines and AI credits
Add-on modules and extra disciplines stay active until the end of their paid period. Unused top-up AI credits lapse when the subscription ends, unless refunded under the refund policy.
Your data after cancellation
Your projects and documents are kept for 30 days after the subscription ends so you can renew or export them (project backups and reports can be downloaded before then). After that they are deleted on request or removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation of an order before activation
If a payment goes through but your account is not activated, write to contact@tbeagent-ai.com; we will activate it or refund the payment in full.
