TBEagent is delivered entirely online — nothing is shipped.

• New subscriptions: your company account is created as soon as the payment is confirmed. The administrator's sign-in e-mail and password are sent to the e-mail address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes, and you can sign in at once.
• Upgrades, add-on modules, extra disciplines and AI credits bought from inside the application are active immediately after payment.
• If you have not received your sign-in details within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to contact@tbeagent-ai.com or WhatsApp us with the payment reference.
